When Active Directory is used and a user presses the services button ( extension mobility ), the IP phone displays the Error 3 error message.
Isn't possible to login or logout the all's user on ip phone.
I checked the passwords on both callmanager into :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems Inc.\Directory Configuration\AppUsers\EMApp
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems Inc.\Directory Configuration\AppUsers\CCMSysuser
and the password is the same.
I verified the db between the callmanager with DBhelper > ok
We have remake the Cisco Customer Directory Configuration procedure on both CMs, it's the same issue with the same error code [3] on ip phone.
If do you have any idea or any feedback.
