I got this error when I tried to associate devices with a user. Any ideas? The user works fine. I can read this user and all other user's properties.

Well, there could be many reasons for this. most likely candidate, assuming you are using DC Directory, is the Publisher is out of disk space. You may want to check this. If this is not the case then please provide more details:

- CCM version

- Using DC directory, AD or Netscape Directory

- Does this happen with all user or just some?

- Do you have the problem associating devices to a newly created user?

- Is the association problem seen with only specific devices or does it seem to be with all devices?

Copy and paste the complete error message there is usually a number to go with it.

Using AD. It has plenty of storage left.

This only happens with this user.

This is an old user. The user has about 1200 devices associated with it for an app we run.

This problem seems to happen with any phone we try to add.

If I add one device at a time it works, but if I add multiple devices at once and click update, it doesn't work.
