I thought it would be nice to integrate our Call Manager (3.1(4b)) with our AD
(win 2000) using Cisco Customer Directory Configuration Plugin. Got it installed and it broke our call center (IPCC) so I un-installed the plugin. Things seem fine now except the corporate dirctory on 7940/7960 phones now displays 'CDBLException Dump: [Connection to the LDAP server failed, see result code]' I've been unable to dig up any information to fix this error. Can anyone point me in the direction of an answer?
