We have been getting this error every night around 10pm... Any suggestions? Even though it says "fatal error" it doesn't really mean it! This is actually the report manager running through old log files and "aging" them (deleting reports, logs, diags etc... that have aged past the set number of days). It's looking for some logs (probably fax logs) that aren't there and it throws this error when it doesn't find them.

I'm guessing you probably don't have fax installed or something along those lines so it wont find thos logs. I've already asked the reports guys to kick this down to an informational message at best or to remove it entirely.

It's not a problem you need to worry about.
