Extension mobility and corrupt softkeys

HI

Has anyone one come across when user log in to their phones intermittently

the softkey get corrupt and if they relogin it may correct itself.

i have tried diffrent firmware on the phones but the fault persists

I haven't applied Service Pack H yet?

I would suggest applying the latest service pack to see if the problem persists.
