Extension Mobility on 7920

I see where you can enable EM on the 7920, but when you go to services it says services unavailable. Any ideas?

Unlike the Personal Address Book or Fast Dial services, you do not need to subscribe to the Extension Mobility service. Your system administrator establishes this service for you. The name of the EM login service as it appears in your phones services menu may vary. The exact wording is determined by our system administrator.
