We have cluster of two CCM 4.1(2)sr1 and we are using Extension Mobility (integrated with Active Directory). The login process is sometimes incorrect. Everything seems to be fine (no error message or state), but the user, logged on the phone (random behavior, any user, any phone 7940/60) cannot be reached by some of other extensions (busy tone). It is not the rule, he can be reached by other phones and also can place outgoing calls. Of course, he is not having concurrent call when problem occurs. All phones are in LAN, connected to common switch Cat4507R. Logout/login helps, but this is not the solution, since the user does not know that the problem exists, because some calls are OK.
Do you have any idea, where is the problem? We experienced it also in previous release 4.1(2).

Thank you, but this is not the case. We do not use Webattendant, neither called number is not a part of any hunt group. I went through all bugs but have not found anything, that would mention such a behavior.
