My 7940G is just displaying Cisco logo. I tried 123456789*0# to reset. I don't get the next step to reset. My phone doesn't repond to any buttons. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I was setting up my Call Manager 4.1.

Try resetting it from phone configuration page in call manager.Also make sure if your phone is properly plugged in.Following is the Cisco recommended procedure for resetting the phone to factory default.
Reset to Factory Default
Complete these steps:
Go to the main Date/Time screen. 1.
Press **# to unlock Network Configuration on the phone. 2.
Press Settings. 3.
Press 3 on the keypad (or scroll down) for Network Configuration. 4.
Press 33 on the keypad (or scroll down) for Erase Configuration. 5.
Press softkey Yes. 6.
Press softkey Save. 7.
The phone should now be reset.

none of the buttons reponds at all. can't get in to the main menu.
