Firmware 7.1(1) causing phone drop out issues.

I have a customer with a requirement to upgrade from 6.0(5) to 7.1(1) for 7960. After upgrading the 2100 users all is OK except the one site with slightly lower bandwidth and higher delay (appox 50ms) now experiences 20% per day of phones drop off the network, fail to register, or attempt to connect to the SRST fallback during the day. The CCM is 3.3(3) sr2. The link is adequate for the job being approx 4Mbps back to the main site where CCM resides.

A trace of the site showed no unexpected Skinny , however, we have yet to trace the exact time that a phone falls off the network.

When the user is then downgraded back to 6.0(5), all is OK and the issue dissapears completely.

Is anyone aware of any difference in 6 > 7 firmware that could be causing this? Half the particular site ( of 150 users) is now back to 6.x - all is now OK with these. All other sites remote and local are fine on 7.1(1).
