flag a call as private/business on a IP phone ??

Hello

For accounting purposes we want to flag a call as private or business.

We want user to press a soft-key or a special code to flag the active call as private/business

This flag (account code) must be stored in a CDR

Is there a way of doing this?

Not applicable

Just check whether there are optional or additional CDR fields can be added to CDR by the end point or CCM. If yes, then the scenario can be handled. But I think you may not be able to handle in ccm in such a manner that user pressing a button, instead the user will be having two lines one personal and one for business. In that way, the call accounting can be achieved for personal and business purposes if you want to differentiate.
