Please help!
I have a video camera that no longer has the running software on the device. Does anyone know how to fix this issue. My computer doesn't even recognize the usb when I connect it. I called customer service and they blow me off by saying the don't support this device...
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Shane

Cisco discontinued support for these devices back at the end of 2013 - see the End of Life and Support Notification.
A quick search of google shows that there are many people who have had similar issues with them not working.
If you want to try to get it to work, try some of the suggested things that can be found on a google search - this one for example: how-to-troubleshoot-common-flip-video-problems.html
Given they're such an old and unsupported device, I'd suggest you look at purchasing a new device that is supportable.

Thanks for the reply Wayne! I have tried Goggle and there isn't any articles addressing my issue. The flipshare software was accidentally deleted off the device, therefore it will not power up, or recognize while plugged in.
The article you sent me has no comparison to the original question in my post! If you can help I would greatly appreciate it...

Did you try how-to-use-your-flip-camera-without-flipshare-software?
Or downloading the FlipShare software?
But, if your device isn't even recognised by any computer, then it's likely dead, and as I suggested earlier, it's probably best you replace it with something that is current and supportable.

Your probably right about just replacing it. The issue I have is dumping a product I have just start recently been using and this thing is basically brand new still.
It is not dead, again, the software on the "device" was deleted. This happen by accident when I was re-formatting it today to accommodate my Mac.
