What is the best way to have end users forward All calls to an outside number? Using CallManager 3.3, Unity 4.0.2, 7940 IP Phones.
Doing so from Unity forwards only calls that are routed through the "autoattendant" and excludes inside company calls; Doing so from Call Manager /CCMUser requires setting up each person as a "user" in CallManager, and teaching them how to login to yet another web assistant.
Isn't there some way to do this from the phone, say using a keystroke pattern?
