Gateway to PBX Interoperability

I'm looking for a configuration guide or example how to connect cisco 2620XM with multiple BRI interfaces to HiCom PBX. The Question is: How to realize, that the Gateway uses the multiple BRI Interfaces. (dial-peers with the same destination-pattern and different preferences?). The diagramm looks like this:

CCM4.0 ------ 2620XM ====== HiCom

The Protocol between CCM and 2620XM should be H.323 (if necessary can be MGCP)

All Documents i've found at the web describe conectivity with one BRI only, similar like this
