Some phones from being able to call 1411.

You have to create a different Calling Search Space .

Where the Partion or partions that have the Filter or route pattern to dial 411 is

not available in the Search Space where the phones you want to block are set to,

Example:

partion 411

partion Internal

partion Local Calls

Partion Long Distance Calls

CSS: No 411 calls

Partions Available= Internal, Local Calls , Long Distance Calls,

CSS: All Calls

Partions Avaiable= 411, Internal , Local Calls, Long Distance Calls,

The easiest way is to block those numbers on the network side, I.e. on the GK, SIP proxy or at the MGW,

It is depend on your layout
