Have any kaind of restriction of number of Dial-peer that we can define in to a H.323 gateway.

Each dial-peer that you configure takes up memory from the router, a rough number is around 512kb. On a router that is running on a minimum recommended memory you should be able to create a fair bit of dial-peers.

This amount of bytes is for each dial-peer.
