How to check our current PRI usage with our Call Manager / Gateway

hi everyone,


Hope you can help. Currently we are using an old version 7.1.4 version Call Manager. We have two Pri with each connected to one gateway. I believe we are using MGCP.

My question is...anyway I can find out the PRI usage/traffic of the 23 channels x 2. The usage is important to us so that we can consider to cut down some of the channels if the peak or usage is less than 46 at once.

I tried to use https://call_Manager_IP/CAR. I can export a report...but it only have incoming calls..on net... But I like to find out all inbound and outbound call at once by using the PRI.

I also have RTMT checking..I am at Gateway Activity and Device Summary, I am looking into PRI and MGCP PRI channel... am I at the right place.. if so how do I export the real time data? OR any other place I should check into so I can collect all inbound outbound calls thru our PRI?

CAR has canned reports that provide this info, it logs inbound and outbound calls, you cannot choose to just have one.

CAR is provided with basic reporting, which you cannot adjust, if you require something with more details/info, you would require a 3rd party billing solution.
