Hi,

I would like to override the SoftKey:<<, but if I simply use the lessthan sign, then the response is the XML Error [4]: Parse Error and if I change the lessthan sign to the < then there is no error response but the backspace softkey does not delete back the input.

Please, help me !

Regards,

AndR

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Thank you for posting.

Since I could not abide the answer, I opened a TAC case.

The answer to my question was just a workaround. It turned out that phones with app load id P00303010100 really does not work correctly in this situation.

The TAC case engineer suggest me to use the P00303010108 version of phone load. This load really services this feature well.
