If you have an HDVM module on a vg200
with T1 vwics and it connected to the pbx as wanted,
you shouldn't have a problem sending call through it.
1. I guess your ruuning PRI between the T! on router
and T1 on pBX.
2. You should get a voice-port created on the vg200 ( say voice-port 0:D)
3. creat a dial-peer voice for pots and voip.

4. add the gateway as h323 gateway on the call manager and forward all
pstn bound numbers to the vg200 for further processing.
Should be as straight forward as that.
For PRI and mgcp to work, you'll need to do pri backhauling and its not supported yet on CCM, mgcp
can work for CAS..
