ICS 7740 PRI Registration

I have an ICS 7750 set up with 2 PRI gateways using MGCP. When we look at the gateways themselves they show as being registered. When looking in CCM admin it shows the IP address of the gateway but registration is showing as unknown. I have checked the settings and the hostnames. Everything is set right. Is there a reason they wont show as registered, or anything that can be done to get them to register? Pleas help.

Can you turn on debug mgcp packet and do a shut/no shut on the controller? That will show the message exchange during registration and might reveal the source of the problem. Your running config would also be helpful.

Did you configure the proper dial-peer with application MGCPAPP pointing to 1/0:23? I have seen your exact problem many times when i forgot to do this.
