ICS 7750 Win-OS Upgrade

My situation is a ICS7750 with 2 SPE for CCM 3.1.3a, one SPE for Unity 3.1.3.

There are some echo between IP phone, so I will install SPf for the CCM 3.1.3a.

Before applying this patch the win-os-upgrade.2000-1-3spA or later must be installed, for the MCS 7835 I can check the current win-os version by the "stiver", but I can't find the file "stiver".

How can I check the current win-os is 2000-1-2 or 2000-1-s?

and is it the same upgrade procedures with the MCS7835?
