HI
I have a set of callmanager software version is 3.3(2). I have installed a Publisher to operation a period of time. Now, my Publisher has upgraded to callmanager version 3.3(3). On the other hand, I also want to add a Subscriber. During the Subscriber installation, I can't install the callmanager 3.3(2) software. Is it the Problem to install in different callmanager version ?
If this is a problem, how can I do?? Because I only have the software of callmanager version 3.3(2). I want to install the callmanager version 3.3(2) and then to upgrade. Do you have other suggestion?

CCM 3.3.3 has a different version of DC directory.
Change the DC Dir version on the Publisher, in the registry from 3.3.3.14 to 3.3.2.10.
Install CCM3.3.2, undo the registry change and upgrade to CCM 3.3.3.
Best regards
Michael

Thank Your suggestion, I have installed the Callmanager Subscriber ver 3.3(2). I have changed back the registry from Publisher. And then I try to upgrade to CM ver 3.3(3). But the process always hangs. I have checked the requirement to upgrade CM ver 3.3(3). But the CM ver 3.3(2) is fit the reqirement. I don't know what's problem??

Hi, when you say "hangs", do you meen that the process stops responding? (check with task-manager) Because it take's forever (30-45 min) for the CallManager to install, and you will not see the process-bar moving an inch for this time. Did the 3.3.3 installation complete the DCD installation correct, before it went on with the CallManager installation process?
Best regards
Michael

Hi
I have check the task manager. The process is running. But i have waited about 10 hours (from night to day). The process stays in " Cisco Directory install " The bar as shows is no response. I only stop the process at the task manager. On the other hand, I click to the Web brower from Subscriber. That's no response. So I can't check the configuration.
