I am trying to migrate a PBX system to the Cisco CUCM solution with a 3845 router as the PSTN gateway.
Everything is working fine except for the Polycom SP384 h.320 video endpoint which is also directly connected to the 3845 router.
I can make OUTGOING video calls to the remote offices via the PSTN but INCOMING video calls will NOT work. The Polycom will ring but get disconnected immediately.
Attached is the diagram, config and the debug traces for successful OUTGOING and unsuccessful INCOMING video calls.
The number of my video endpoint is 68805072.

Codec mismatch may cause this issue in video calls. Configure the command "information-type video" under ISDN Inbound POTS Dial Peers configuration. Also configure the command "rtp payload-type" with the type of pay load to be used. Configuring class-map is also necessary.
