Has anybody already successfully installed the IP Phone agent desktop (the XML service allowing agent login/logout) on ICD 3.0 ?
There's not that much information on CISCO documentation.
I can't figure out why it's not working on my site (i see the login prompt on the IP phone, I logon, then the service is stuck in 'REQUESTING').
In the IP Phone Agent Interface service logs, I saw that the Agent State Server can' t find the OU=CTI DESKTOP item in the DC Directory. Why is this item missing ?
Is it related to my XML service pb ?
Maybe someone out there has a quick step-by-step procedure for installation and tips, for the XML phone agent
