IP phone 7905G remote configuration via web page

I want to be able to configure 7905G IP phones remotely via web page. When access IP phone web page on address http://ip_phone_address/dev, i can only see parameters, i can't change them, since there is no Apply button, so I can't save changes.

How can I configure phones to be able to change parameters remotely, via phone's web page?

system is CCME on 1760 router.
