To resolve this issue, perform the following procedure:
Add the Microsoft Outlook personal address book within Outlook. Add or import personal entries into the Microsoft Outlook personal address book. Import the entries from the Microsoft Outlook personal address book into the Microsoft Windows address book. Note: The Cisco Personal Assistant will synchronize the PAB if the user is using the Exchange server. Without Personal Assistant, the user will have to export the addresses into the Microsoft Address Book for TABSYNC to synchronize with the PAB.
