Also can you check the follwoing;
When I press Dirrectory or Service button on any of my IP phone it askes me
" Authentication Required"
User name
Password
Can you tell me how would I trun this off so i can directly search names in DC directory without authentication. No external Active directory is configured.

I think the passwords are not in sync. Use the AdminUtility to resync with new password. AdminUtility will be available at C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin.

If you have an incorrect DC Directory Manager password, you may see this issue. Try running the ccmpwdchanger (ccmpwdchanger from a command prompt).
What version of CallManager are you running?

CCM is 3.2.2c and admin utility is not compatible with this ver.

did you run the ccmpwdchanger? Can you log into dc directory administrator?

We had this same issue when trying to serve services off of a server other than the Callmanager servers. To fix the problem, we had to change the NTFS permissions for IUser_(local machine name). Basically we were allowing anonymous access to the files we were trying to access. It wasn't enough that IIS allowed anonymous use. I don't know if this will help you or not, but it's something to investigate.
