IP Softphone and Associated PC field in DC Directory

The New release of Cisco IP Softphone 1.2(3) Claims the following new feature:

"Associated PC is automatically updated in DC directory"

Has anyone any documentation or experience on this feature as I would like to use it, but cant find any further references to it in the documentation.

It should work automatically. Probably worth a call to Cisco.
