Does anyone know what alternative audio output port that can be used with Cisco IP Softphones? Does anyone know of any links regarding the technical details of setting this functionality up utilizing a different port?
The phone works fine on the network. When I VPN In I am unable to hear anything from the person calling/called, however the person calling/called can hear me just fine.
Any suggestions? Easiest one of - open up the default port is being looked into but is there any other port that I can use for audio output port and have it work?
