IPCC Desktop Agent - Looking for DLL on IPCC Server

The IPCC Desktop Agent is trying to access a DLL file on the IPCC Server. The drive is not mapped and the IPCC Server is not part of the domain.

Is there a work around the issue? Would it be okay to join the domain with the IPCC server so that the users could authenticate to it?

It is better to map a drive on all the desktop agents to the IPCC server.
