IPCC fault management suggestions?

Hi: I am a ntwk management engineer recommending a management solution for the IPCC component. I am trying to research on what options I have to monitor the IPCC application/server operations.

1. anybody know what kind of statistics/faults can be configured to be sent from IPCC application as as SNMP traps?

2. Is there a element manager for IPCC?

3. What are some of the basic things that can/should be monitored on a IPCC server to start with other than simply monitoring status of processes.
