I want to make a IVR using Call Manager according to the key pressed it should tranfer him to a user and if that user is not present transfer it to his voice mail can some one help me the script configuration ICM/IVR

When you write "transfer him to a user" are you meaning a specific user, or a predefined group, or a dial by name directory?
