Hi There ..
I recently downloaded the CISCO Jabber 12.8 and started using, however, I am not able to get any voice calls to my USB Headset even when I am making the call from the software. All calls goes to the desk phone.
I have a IP Phone 7942 connected on my desk and a USB Headset device connected to my laptop. In Jabber Audio settings I can see the USB headset and I could play sounds through it and also Mic is seen by Jabber. However, the Call Device list has only the desk phone option. I understand it should show something like "Calls through Computer" to be get the the calls through my headset.
Computer is HP Elitebook 840 G6 with Windows 10
USB headset is Logitech H540
Any idea how to get this fixed?
