Solved: Keep the LDAP inactive user on CUCM

Hi guys,

Is possible to keep the inactive users for 40 days in CUCM? When a employe go on vacation, the AD disable the account and I lost all the config after the garbage collector.

No, I have not tried that, as long as CUCM syncs the user, it should work.

No, there is no way to do that.

EDIT: turn him into a local user to avoid him being deleted.
