Hello,
I noticed that one of the parameters on the Cisco
ATA 186 is named TraceFlags. If it is set to 1,
then "SIP logging" is enabled.
Have any of you used this feature? If so, where
are the messages 'logged'? Any other ideas would
be appreciated since the Cisco ATA 186 documentation
does not provide enough technical details.
Thanks,
Stanford Hudson

You log the messages to a windows machine running 'prserv.exe'. have a look at the 'prserv.txt' file included in the SIP ATA ZIP file downloaded from CCO for more instructions.

Thanks for the reply. I am unable to download it. I have a username and password, however it says 'download not permitted'. We own four (4) of these Cisco boxes and there is no way to upgrade the firmware or do anything else but use them (unless we pay Cisco $1,000,000). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. -Stan
