Level 1

PBX is Connected to Cisco 1751-V via E/M such;

PBX-(E/M)-1751 -- WAN -- 1751-(E/M)-PBX

Some calls continues indefinetely;

How can understand whether this is due to

User forget to hang-on?

E/M line problem?

1751 problem?

Is there any way to cut calls after i.e 30 minutes automatically?

or there no voice traffic on E/M line for a definite time?

This is the call-legs output - It remains the same every time

Total call-legs: 2

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive trouble-shooting session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
