measuring voice packet loss

can anybody out there help me with this?

while doing a show call active voice, which parameters do you look at to see if packet loss is occuring?

a link to the appropriate cisco doc would be greatly appreciated.

The best place to analyse the show outputs is the Output Interpretor tool available on cisco.com. You can paste the command output in it and check for the packet loss. The fields GapFillWithSilence > 0 or GapFillWithPrediction > 0 may mean packet loss.
