Missing CDR

Hello,

I have a 3.3 CCM and I am facing a problem to retrieve CDR reports for certain months, but the others are retrievable.

e.g I am able to retrieve March, June and August but not July.

In CDR parameters check the storage location, database size, and purge interval. If the DB fills up CCM cannot write records to it until the purge has completed.
