Does anyone know if there are documented cases of installing backup, SNMP or other monitoring agents (such as TNG unicenter or Compaq insight manager) on a Unity box causing problems with Unity? <br><br>Thanks in advance. This site is an enormous help and I hope you folks realize how much we in the user community really appreciate it.<br><br>

The readme.htm on Unity 2.4.6 Disk 1 can walk you thought backup and recovery process. It’s in the Documents directory. As far the remote monitoring tools go, none have been quailed yet. It generally not a good idea and not supported to run software that want not been qualified.
