I sincerely apologize for my frequent postings, I brain storm a lot and get a lot of ideas going through my head.
Microsoft has released about 11-12 critical updates since January 2002. Is it recommended by Cisco to install these updates or not on the box? I am not too terribly concerned about it since my 2 CM and Unity box are internal only access, but any bit of info would help me sleep better at night. I would install on our Unity box.

Also, if possible, do you know if this would apply to the Call Manager boxes as well?

Thanks again for all your help!

-G

note-> I apologize if this topic has been answered before, I searched for it and could not find it, if it has, kindly point me to the right URL and that'll do :)

Microsoft frequently provides Critical Updates or Security Updates to address security vulnerabilities. These updates are limited to changes required to fix specific security problems. Always keep the Unity server up to date with Microsoft-provided Critical Updates and Security Updates. Individual Critical Updates and Security Updates do not need to go through a qualification process for support with Unity.

CallManager on the other hand has a different support policy. The CallManager folks want to test everything before it is applied to the server. Once they have tested the Microsoft fixes they are packaged up and placed here:
