here's what the customer requires:
*off-premise calls via public phone to office
*office relays the call via VoIP to branch office in another country
*therefore phones charges are a local call (ie outside office to office)
*estimated 24 concurrent calls on two 512Kbps ADSL
*VoIP network is completely separate from office's own WAN/LAN network therefore it doesn't need any other features except those required for the VoIP to work
I've gone thru CPQRG and the type of routers are just too many;
I'd like advice on the following:
-in terms of future modularity for a possible upgrade to 48 voice channels, which router should I consider just for VoIP
-what is the complete list of equipment and software (ie do I need CallManager) that I would require for such a setup
-would all the rest of the branch offices require the same type of routers/VNMs in order to handle the VoIP
Thanks very much in advance!
