is there a way to check how many calls are Active at a particular time by using CCM? setup involves CCM, IP Phones...

You can use Perfmon, Select "Cisco CallManager" as the performance object and "CallsActive" as the counter. This should provice what you are looking for.

thks. it does show the total calls. Is there anyhow I can also see how many calls are going out of the PSTN (i. eFXO card) ??
