We need to export the extension/user list from a nortel switch option 61. Is anyone familiar with any nortel and/or third party utilities to accomplish the export into something that can be imported into a BAT template?

Dump the info from your source directory/database/systems to a CSV (comma separated value) format file.
Use the file as input to the BAT. BAT then works on the file to transfer user/extension info to CallManager databases.
