Not able to transfer call ,make external calls & Intercluster trunk problem

Dear sir,

Attached is the log file from PSTN router & cm trace. Lately, the IP Telephony systems seem to hit some intermittent problems such as:-

- Not able to transfer call successfully/IP Phone hang

- Not able to make external calls (handphone/local calls...etc)

- Intercluster trunk problem, call from other sites not able to reach local sites.

Mostly solve the problems by reset the trunks or reload the pstn mgcp gateway. Please share your thought.

I took a look at CCM trace files but just found this error:

SPROCPri - ERROR Drop the calling party IE since the number is not dialable:252????

Which only Calling party number IE in ISDN q931 message is removed.

I recommend you to open a TAC case so problem can be isolated.

You have several issues so please open 1 TAC Case per problem.

If you dont have contract number try to isolate the problem and upload ccm trace with details regarding the problem experience and timestamps, calling, called party numbers.
