Hi Experts,
One of my projects needed NCS Nurse Calling System, How does Cisco can support this system? What does appliances I need to build this system?
Anyone has worked with this before?! any link can explain this system from Cisco!
Thanks for all

We would support it as any 3rd party, just the integration part of it, and whatever is on the CUCM side. You most likely would nee to involve support from the 3rd party if required.
And you cannot expect to find documentation for that within our site, the one that tests, validates, and certifies that, along with creating all the documentation, is the 3rd party that develops such system, not us.

But I heard in one of Cisco Documents about CUAE connected with CUCM, is that still available? because I saw it in Cisco is EOL!

The Cisco Nurse Connect went End of Sale on 1 May 2012, and End of Support on 30 November 2013 (see EoS/EoL Notice). It is no longer available through Cisco. You may have some luck finding something similar provided by a 3rd party, but as Jaime has said above, it will not be 100% supported by Cisco and you'd need to log any issues with your 3rd party provider.
Companies such as Avizia have taken over some of the older Cisco product range, but the Nurse Connect doesn't seem to be one of them.
For your interest, there's a good article on the future of Nurse Call Systems here: Are nurse call systems dead?
