off-hook on number pressing

I want to know if it's possible the automaticly put the phone off-hook (on the speaker) when we begin the compose a phone number. I mean, when I press any number of the key pad, the speaker is activated and a line is automaticly select. I actually have this feature on my meridian PBX and I also want it on my CCM 4.1

Sorry, but there is not a feature to allow you to dial this way using the IP Phones.
