I have 9 new 7936's and I'm experiencing one-way audio on them. It does not happen on every call. Also, the one-way is not the same each time. Sometimes, the called party can hear you but you can't hear them. Others, you can hear the called party but the can't hear you. And once in a while it works...
Any Suggestions ??
We have our entire conference center booked tomorrow and the 7936's are expected to be in use.
