one-way audio on 7936's

I have 9 new 7936's and I'm experiencing one-way audio on them. It does not happen on every call. Also, the one-way is not the same each time. Sometimes, the called party can hear you but you can't hear them. Others, you can hear the called party but the can't hear you. And once in a while it works...

Any Suggestions ??

We have our entire conference center booked tomorrow and the 7936's are expected to be in use.

My issue has been resolved. It was due to the switchport settings. We have more than one vlan on the port causing it to be a trunk. The multiple vlans were for ports which a 7970 resides on. The 7936's do not like have more than one vlan.

switchport access vlan xxx

switchport voice vlan xxx

had to remove the second switchport command.

Everything is working great now.
