Hey group,
my users are having a problem where there is a significant delay when they open a voicemail message in outlook.
If a caller leaves a vmail, the message is delivered to the users mailbox right away, but when the user tries to open the message, there is a significant (30+ second) delay for the message to open. This happens regardless of how large the voicemail attachment is. Has anyone run into this problem? Thanks in advance.

Unity version? VMO version installed? Outlook version? Client OS?

Sorry for the lack of details, here they are:
Unity Version: 4.03
Exchange Version: 2003
Outlook Version: 2000/2003
Client OS: XP/2000
We are not using Viewmail.

Well, if you're not using view mail then Unity isn't really involved in this at all... to the outlook client it's just a message with an attached WAV file - if it's taking a while to open you probably have an issue with some virus/mail scanning application installed on the server and/or client or the like.
All a voice mail is from Outlook's perspective is a message with a class of IPM.Note.Voice.Unity and an attached WAV file - really nothing else special about it that would cause the client to choke on it in particular.
Sometimes there's installs where the VMO form will cause a delay when it loads but you're not using VMO so that's not an issue here.
