overflowing applications crs 3.01

I have one application overflowing to another application via a redirect step when you've been in queue too long. The overflow works unless no agents are presently available in the queue your're overflowing to. If they're available, they get the call. If not, you get stuck in queue forever. These applications and scripts work fine if you call in to them directly. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

There are multiple issues that existed in CRS version 3.0(1) that have been resolved in 3.0(2). Refer to the following url:
