PBX FXS to FXO integration question

I am integrating a Meridian1 analog station port to an FXO on a 2600 router. Is there a way to make it so when Meridian phones call over, they can be directly connected to IP phones without hitting dial from the FXO port first and then having to enter a number on the callmanager?

use connection plar XXXX under the voice ports where XXXX is the extensio you want the port to dial.
