Presence 6.0.1 on vmware box

Hi,

I try to install Presence 6.0.1 which my company buy in NFR bundle but experience problem with logging into just installed system - system is returning to login after I provide correct login and password. When I try to use ssh session - session is closed imediately after I provide correct creditentials. Web interface is not working at all. During cisco.com web searching I find follownig info regarding news in Presence v6.0.2:

Does it means that I can not successfuly install Presence 6.0.1 on vmware box? I can see that there are only upgrade files for Presence 6.0.2 for migrating from 6.0.1 but there is no possibility to install 6.0.2 using these files. How can I upgrade from 6.0.1 if I can not log into it?

Did anyone found the solution?

I appreciate any comments and suggestions.

Hi,

I have got the same error first time when I have used same admin and useradmin usernames for cm60 and cups 6.0.1. Then I installed cups 6.0.1 again and use different admin and useradmin usernames than used for cm 6.0, and everything is working fine.

When you install Presence 6.0(1), choose to add additional release, which is the upgrade files to 6.0.2. You can use FTP/SFTP to host the upgrade file.
